Pilates Remedy
Arnica is a wonderfully enthusiastic Pilates teacher! Her classes have lots of variety that you find yourself doing new (and sometimes challenging) movements under her detailed guidance. Adding resistance bands etc is also a lot of fun! Arnica is able to modify specific exercises in her classes if you have an injury, and has helped me to be mindful to activate my glute muscles by providing gentle adjustment. Plus has helped me work towards strengthening my core/back by describing exactly what needs to be activated and when. Thanks heaps Arns! ☺️
