Jenny is a life saver. Literally. From strengthening my body, helping me recover from injuries, improving my mental health, to being a genuinely beautiful person. I’ve been able to find my confidence again & an exercise practice that is right for my body. All alongside a community & an environment that supports me. Pilates has become a highlight of my week. I always leave class smiling & feeling stronger. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Attending both the Rivervale and Mt Pleasant Clinic Studios have been a staple routine the past three years since I started Pilates. I’ve had the same Pilates instructor, teacher and the dedicated guidance of Jenny throughout. I’ll be having a baby in the new year and Jenny’s been amazing in adjusting my Pilates routine to accomodate for my relentless nausea and morning sickness amongst other symptoms. I’ll be coming back for postnatal rehab once we get through the pregnancy and birth!

This is a personal training style small group Pilates that I thoroughly benefited from. Jenny is a fun and motivating trainer! She corrected a lot of techniques that I didn’t know I had been doing incorrectly and causing more tightness, and she knew exactly where I needed help and how to specifically target muscle groups to help me feel stronger and better!The sessions are tailored, fun, effective and highly recommend giving it a try

I’ve been attending Jenny’s Pilates classes for approximately 9 months and have noticed significant improvements in my posture and core strength.Each session is carefully curated with Jenny taking a scientific approach using her qualification in Health Sciences to identify and target specific muscle groups delivering noticeable improvements in a few sessions. The atmosphere is always lots fun, light hearted and a great way to meet new people.

Jenny is amazing! I started seeing her 4 months ago because I was suffering from hip bursitis. I was having constant pain in my right hip and glutes area. Even standing up and walking was very uncomfortable. Jenny taught me how to stretch properly, and at the same time she helped me strengthen my body. Her knowledge and care towards her clients are second to none. I feel so much healthier now and the best part is that I don't even need to take medication. I look forward to her sessions every week, thank you Jenny!

My husband advised me to do pilates to improve my body strength and he recommended Jenny, since he has been doing pilates classes with Jenny. I started about a year ago and I still remember how much shakiness I had in the beginning of the classes since I have not been exercising in a long time and have not been using my muscles that much. Jenny is very passionate and knowledgeable about pilates and what movements that I need to do to help building my muscles. My body is now feeling much better and stronger. I been seeing Jenny for almost 2 and a half years now. Being someone who is already I to sport and fitness, I was Initially sceptical of the benefits of pilates, but it's been a life changing experience. The best thing about BAP is Jenny herself. She knows every one of her students personally and maintains a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere, and it's always a pleasure to have a trainer that cares so much. I absolutely love being there and would highly recommend BAP for anyone wanting to give pilates a go!
