Best Body Pilates - Mandurah

Recommending Best Body to anyone who has not tried Pilates or have tried elsewhere. Staff and instructors are amazing and so welcoming.Such a friendly place to be whilst working towards your goals.

I had never attempted Pilates until I started with Best Body Mandurah and I really enjoyed my 3 introduction classes that gave me an understanding just how important Pilates is to my well being. I have been involved in exercise most of my life and will definitely be adding Best Body Mandurah to my program.

Best Body opened in Mandurah I think March 2020 - I was so excited as I had been wanting to do Pilates for a long time. I joined as foundation member and still attend now. Love the classes, the variety of workouts, instructors are fabulous, big choice of class times to suit all. Best body looked after us all extremely well when Covid hit with zoom workouts we could do at home which was wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough ❤️

I was aware that my muscle strength wasn't what it used to be. If I was going to lift my grandies with ease, I was going to have to do some resistance training. Best Body has done wonders for that. Added bonuses are all round toning, motivation to exercise and lots of fun times with great groups!! Thank you BB, you're my BFF!

I cannot sing the praises of Best Body enough. I have been a member of the Mandurah studio for nearly 3 years and while some staff have come and gone in that time, every staff member that has been there has been wonderful.Each facilitator brings some thing different and special but all are looking for the members to achieve their BEST BODIES. Each offers a variety of levels and techniques based on the members abilities and strengths, and look out for their weaknesses. All are happy, friendly and show that they really enjoy their job and care about the members.We are also so very fortunate to have THE best location - right on the water at Dolphin Quay. I have a smile on my face just walking in the door after walking through the area and still have a smile on my face - though also sweat and maybe a sigh of relief that I managed the workout - as i walk out.I love the many different ways that you can use the reformer beds and the other pieces of equipment. Every session is different. Our lovely local admin girls, and Scott and the main admin teams are always on hand to provide extra help and information if you need it too.I have made lots of new acquaintances over the years at BEST BODY and enjoyed coffee and chats with some of them in one of the nearby cafes after a fun workout.I have definitely improved in my upper and lower body strength and have a much better understanding of how to listen to my body and how to improve core and pelvic floor strength.The BEST BODY system is flexible in that I can hold my position if I am off on holiday and I am able to easily change times if something comes up and I am unable to make it to the class.I hope I can continue to enjoy this program for many more years.
