BodyPerfect Pilates Studio
Helene, being an ex dancer and highly qualified Pilates teacher, knows so much about the body, what works, what doesn't work, how we move it and how our posture affects our emotions (& vice versa). Both my husband and myself have benefitted from sessions with her. She is thoroughly professional, calm and understanding - and the physical wellbeing results are wonderful.
